The undisputed big room dominators, W&W have been consistently delivering tracks that rule the festival mainstages. Kicking off 2017 in a fitting fashion, the Dutch heavyweights have unleashed their striking new single “Whatcha Need“.
W&W have carried on their habit of experimenting with “Whatcha Need“. The familiar sounds of chords and plucks will introduce you to the beastly dubstep beats. The intense buildup reveals a soft drop with a refreshing drum pattern which is stepping aside from 4-on-the-floor kick style. The breakdown in the middle incorporates emotive chords and high-pitched vocals. The second drop goes all-in with a catchy melody and heavy drums and bassline.
W&W have tried to blend alternate drum styles with their big room style at the core of “Whatcha Need“. The support from the likes of Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nicky Romero, Quintino and more clearly states that the result is quite pleasing.
