As we continue to find our way into the new year, RL Grime is gearing up to unveil his brand new album! But that’s not the point. Having stayed relatively active throughout the past year with releases like “Aurora” and “Waiting” with Skrillex and What So Not, the LA-based bass music proponent finished off his 2016 on a strong note with a massive performance at NYE festival Lights All Night in Dallas.
A brain melting set which saw him unleash a chock full of his classics and colossal IDs, Henry made sure to treat fans to his very own special edit of Daft Punk and The Weeknd‘s modern classic “Starboy“. A brutally heavy mashup which blended the track with fellow bass music act Vincent‘s recent single “Alpha“, the unique concoction is an impressive effort which sees The Weeknd‘s vocal build up lead to a bone rattling drop.
