Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit‘ has often been dubbed as one of the greatest songs of all time. Reaching an anthemic status, the track catapulted Nirvana and alternative rock into the mainstream, with a number of covers paying homage to the iconic song ever after.
Now, 26 years later, ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit‘ has received the ultimate cover from the world’s biggest rock band, Rockin’1000 in Italy. Consisting of 1000 people (yes there exists a band consisting of a 1000 people), the band has previously covered hits such as Foo Fighters‘ ‘Learn To Fly‘, The White Stripes‘ ‘Seven Nation Army‘, David Bowie‘s ‘Rebel Rebel‘ among others, and now have paid the ultimate tribute to Kurt Cobain and co. with this unique cover.
