The Tampa-based American DJ and music producer, Sam Dobkin aka Trivecta has finally unleashed the track which he previewed as 01_16_17! During the Christmas holidays last year, Sam uploaded a mysterious preview which hinted a drop and vanished. Now, the bass music producer unveils the full version titled, ‘Shatterpoint‘ which will take you on a heartfelt journey.
One of the oldest names on Monstercat roster, Trivecta is known for his genre-bending production style. His music takes what’s best in all the dance-music genres and moulds them into something new. Some try to define it as Future Drumstep or cinematic bass music but it’s quite true what’s been said, “When words fail, music speaks.”
‘Shatterpoint‘ is a thrilling journey which takes you through anthemic Trance arpeggios, cinematic anticipation, silky synths of Melodic Dubstep and grinding bass growls of Trap and Dubstep. Signature Trance breakdown and buildup is present in the second half which soon transforms into a bass-heavy dubstep banger balanced by melodic elements. Having delivered the anthems like Evaporate, Labyrinth and more, Trivecta paves his own path with his distinctive sound of hyper-melodic EDM.
