Major Lazer are finally back! Having teamed up with Bad Royale back in December to deliver their festival ready banger “My Number“, the highly popular trio is kicking off 2017 with a brand new summer-inspired tune. Titled “Run Up“, the Diplo-led outfit is currently gearing up to release their highly anticipated album “Music Is The Weapon“.
Joining forces with two of the hottest talents in R&B and hip-hop, Nicki Minaj and PARTYNEXTDOOR have hopped on Major Lazer’s dancehall-influenced production effort to make up for a sensational guest feature. While the Canadian act takes over the front followed by a breezy islandic hook, the Trinidadian rapper delivers a solid verse during the second half of the track which truly makes up for a stellar R&B and dancehall tinged single.
