Released back in July last year, The Chainsmokers’ multi platinum hit “Closer” has finally crossed one billion views on YouTube. Their chart topping collaboration with pop talent Halsey, the LA-based duo effortlessly dominated 2016 with their massive pop-inspired effort and several other colossal singles including the likes of “All We Know“, Don’t Let Me Down” and more!
The lyric video of “Closer” which has hit one billion views on the media platform has been directed by the duo’s own videographer and longtime friend Rory Kramer. Moreover, with a brand new single “Paris” in tow which was released earlier yesterday, The Chainsmokers are surely looking to up the ante in 2017.
