It’s about that time. Electronic music’s biggest annual gathering, Amsterdam Dance Event is back in town for a five-day conference and festival experience. And with less than a day to go until ADE kicks off, we have compiled 10 Showcases Which You Can’t Afford To Miss Out on this time around! Head down below and get to know where you need to be.
1. Hardwell Presents Revealed
For the third time in a row, Dutch heavyweight Hardwell’s successful label night will return to the iconic Heineken Music Hall as part of Amsterdam Music Festival. A massive night for his highly renowned Revealed Recordings imprint, ‘Hardwell Presents Revealed’ is all set to host the label boss alongside the likes Knife Party, Atmozfears, Dannic, Kill The Buzz and Thomas Newson.
2. OWSLA Showcase
Amid the madness of ADE, the OWSLA crew will be throwing down a party of epic proportions with Mija, Valentino Khan, Wiwek, and Vindata from the label. Fresh off their massive 2015 showcase which saw Skrillex, What So Not and many more take over, this year surely is building to be no different.
3. Awakenings presents Drumcode
Awakenings are teaming with techno label heavyweight Drumcode for one of the most memorable showcases during this year’s ADE week. Set to take place at the iconic venue of Gashouder, the distinguished lineup boasts of massive names such as Mark Reeve, Alan Fitzpatrick, Dense & Pika, Nicole Moudaber, Adam Beyer and Sam Paganini.
5. Ankytrixx And Friends Entertainment presents Sleepless
India-based Ankytrixx & Friends Entertainment‘s famed nightlife property, Sleepless is heading to Amsterdam Dance Event for a massive showcase which will be packed as a killer lineup is going to put on a party that will be one for the books. Headed by Ankytrixx, Jayzo, Lexlay, Peter S, and Zett Feral will be joining in apart from two noteworthy local acts namely Sanjay Dutta, STARTEQ and Jaipur-based Pal-E.
6. In Trance We Trust
After a stellar edition last year, Menno de Jong brings back his In Trance We Trust imprint for the 21st edition of the Amsterdam Dance Event. Bringing three stages spread across three of city’s most iconic venues, the sensational showcase calls for union of true trance fanatics. With veterans like John O’ Callaghan, Bryan Kearney, Will Atkinson and more set to weave their magic, the trance lovers are set for the journey of a lifetime.
7. ENTER. presents Experiences. at Loveland ADE
A colossal offering awaits avid techno fans as ENTER. and Loveland are joining forces to deliver the ultimate live showcase. Richie Hawtin‘s own creation which focuses on three integral parts- Music, Sake and Experience is poised to conjure up a highly remarkable affair. With acts such as Matador, Julian Jeweil, Adriatique, Hito, and more on the bill, watch out for this one.
8. Circoloco at Loveland ADE
Ibiza’s DC10 is making its way to ADE with Circoloco. The iconic party on the White Isle which boasts of hosting some of the biggest names in underground dance music are gearing up for a night headed by favorites like Jackmaster, Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Apollonia, Art Department, Steve Rachmad, and more.
9. Nicky Romero and friends – Protocol X ADE 2016
Nicky Romero is returning to ADE with his spectacular label showcase, and it’s going to bigger and better! Celebrating the fifth edition of Protocol Recordings‘ annual night, the Dutch star act will be accompanied by the likes of Yves V, Stadiumx, Corey James and many more for noteworthy affair.
10. Yellow Claw presents Barong Family World Tour
Known for their forward-thinking productions and explosive live performances, Dutch duo Yellow Claw will be bringing down their Barong Family World Tour to the city of Amsterdam for a spectacular showcase. Featuring the likes of Wiwek, Cesqueaux, Mike Cervello and more, you can’t give this one a miss!
