Armin van Buuren recently thrilled his fans with the announcement of a brand-new mix album called “Club Embrace” featuring twenty-eight exclusive remixes of well-known singles from himself, all wrapped in a two-hour-long continuous mix. While the first song that has been made instantly available through the album’s pre-order is the Diversion remix of one of Armin van Buuren’s hit catalogue ‘In And Out Of Love’, it is Matt Lange’s remix of ‘This Is What It Feels Like’ that has now been released as a single.
Having his signature contagious techno styled kick drums that we’ve always loved, American DJ/Producer’s remix is quite an example of how two different worlds of electronic music could fuse together to result in an unexpectedly appealing output. With dark atmospheres all over and sweet echoing vocals of Trevor Guthrie at the breakdown, this remix would easily settle in Armin’s warm-up sets during the on-going Embrace tour.
