Earlier back in June, we broke the news to you about a potential collaboration between Skrillex and Bruno Mars in the works, and if recent reports are to be gone by, it really is happening. As Sonny continues to divulge into the mainstream with his ever growing knack for crossover collaborations, his latest effort is poised to be equally meteoric.
Having earlier joined forces with the likes of Justin Bieber, The Game, Vic Mensa and more, his latest stint came to life when the OWSLA bossman talked to Billboard about his upcoming work and stated that:
“What we’re doing is so f–king different, awesome and next level and sounds like nothing else that’s happened before.”
While Skrillex still hasn’t previewed the track by any means, it looks like fellow dubstep artist 12th Planet had a nice first listen, and if you could just head down below to read his reaction courtesy a deleted tweet, we now surely would like to get our hands on it.
