Before your criticism starts to flows in, hear me out. Sven Väth recently played at the annual Dutch based Awakenings Festival. While the veteran German act continued to lay down a fantastic set for the fans, his concentration was divided between a strong and a massive crowd and yes, a football match between his home team Germany and Slovakia from the UEFA Euro tournament that is currently under way.
Unbeknownst to his fans, the man effortlessly enjoyed the best of both worlds and to his liking, the World Cup winners managed to win 3-0. But one person aka photographer Mr. After Party, caught Väth in the act as he continued to check the match out on his iPhone placed on top of his mixer.
