While fans including us keep our eyes peeled onto Twitter and SoundCloud to keep ourselves updated with the latest piece of news from deadmau5, today seems to perhaps a different story altogether. Joel’s own imprint mau5trap provided us with a teaser video on social media which has left us to brainstorm all possible outcomes.
A snow filled setting which seems to be the mainstay of the video, the visuals end off with the snow slowly shedding off from the mau5head figure. As possible theories continue to roll in, we can’t help but speculate whether this will mark the release of the highly awaited deadmau5 x Kaskade collaboration, his track ‘Snowcone’, an upcoming EP or album or even a forthcoming ‘We Are Friends‘ compilation.
