CHVRCHES seem to be an electronic music artist’s favourite act to remix. With Eric Prydz having remixed their hit single ‘Tether’, and Four Tet and Goldroom having remixed ‘Leave A Trace‘, the Scottish synth pop band have seen some stellar remixes in the past.
Joining that list is New York based producer Gryffin. Gryffin, real name Dan Griffith, who’s known for his single ‘Heading Home‘, gives CHVRCHES‘ track ‘Clearest Blue‘ a stunning rework. Taking the original, Gryffin adds his own elements to the remix, giving it more of an uplifting and airy vibe, with exuberant synths and a crisp percussive line.
