Deadmau5 Tries Something New For His Latest Creation ‘Snowcone’

deadmau5 has been on a music sharing spree for as long as we can remember, but hey, we aren’t complaining! The Canadian DJ and producer has shared a number of tracks on his Soundcloud over the last couple of months, with ‘Bad at Titles‘, in collaboration with fellow mau5trap producer Attlas, coming just 7 hours ago.

Now the mau5 has uploaded yet another track on his Soundcloud, and it sees him take on a new sound, something we haven’t heard from him before. Titled ‘Snowcone‘, the track features ambient undertones, fused with laidback, classic hip hop beats, very reminiscent of Mike Shinoda‘s earlier work. While we can’t say we were surprised at deadmau5‘s experimentation, the end result does leave us quite impressed. Joel is a man of many talents, and his dexterity in production clearly shows on ‘Snowcone‘.
