Watch This : Mark Knight Releases His "A Year In The Life" Documentary

UK dance music stalwart Mark Knight has always stayed ahead of his game. The Toolroom Records boss has crafted his sound over the past decade blurring the lines between underground and commercial music. 2015 was a colossal year for the artist as he toured extensively around the world with performances at BPM Festival, ADE and more. But all this didn’t limit his creative output as he brought back some eclectic tech house sounds with his recent records and even collaborated with fellow artists like Adrian Hour, Prok & Fitch to name a few.

According to Mark, 2016 is the year for him to give back to the society. And on that note, he is kicking things off right with his latest project, A Year In The Life. A union of an album and documentary, which highlights his musical career in 2015, the proceeds of the ambitious project will go to War Child charity.

While the massive compilation features 14 stellar cuts from the likes of Adrian Hour, Cevin Fisher, Prok & Fitch and the main man himself, the documentary takes you on a 25 minute ride into the house pioneer’s life which revolves around clubs, festival gigs to business meetings to more personal aspects of his life as a father, overall bringing out a side of the DJ which the audience had never known. The insightful motion picture also inspires viewers to take a lot from the this considering how Mark Knight has stayed on the top of his game and commanded the respect of friends and family throughout all these years by giving his all to do what he loves.
