LA-based duo XYLØ smashed their way into the electronic music landscape last year with their debut track “America” early last year. They haven’t disappointed ever since as their follow up to the hit have been equally satisfying with tracks like “LA Love Song” and “Afterlife”. Moreover, one track which stood out from the rest by a fair margin was their second single, “Between The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea”, a smooth moody pop tune caressed by sensual vocals.
The dreamy original goes for a spin as India’s very own upcoming producer/DJ Shiv Magotra aka Shivv gives his own signature treatment and crafts a surreal melodic dubstep remix. A scintillating melody which is followed by a chaotic yet beautiful progression of synth stabs and wubs, this track oozes emotions with the heavenly vocals working in perfect sync with the rework.
