Collaborations between the Canadian duo, Zeds Dead and one of the favourite rappers in the electronic music scene, Omar LinX are always a treat! Since their early collaboration “Out for Blood” left a strong impression, both the collaborating parties have risen to a better spot in the scene. Omar Linx released his album M.O.R. (Music or Revenge) in 2014 and delivered diverse styles of hip hop with it. Zeds Dead takes up a chilling single from the aforementioned album, “Red Light Green Light” and gives it an amazing dubstep makeover. While keeping the verses by Omar LinX, Zeds Dead added a dark, quivering bassline accompanied by altered beats and shaky synths. Heavy bass drops and slowly moving melodies are a great treat on the remix with LinX rapping on the top line.
