Whenever Flume uploads a teaser on his SoundCloud page, his Facebook page, or anywhere else, followers from every corner of the world go into a frenzy. Not long ago, he did just that, in the form of a lengthy SoundCloud track full of snippets from his upcoming LP, Skin. An instrumental of Never Be Like You was featured towards the end, and now we know the vocals behind the track: Kai.
Famous for her track Mind with Jack Ü, her voice is silkier than ever, and complements this future release smoothly. As for the track itself, warm pads, reverberated kicks and dreamy jingles dominate this slow and heavy piece of sonic goodness. If this is the sign of things to come, we honestly hope time fast-forwards to the release date of his entire album, which should be nothing short of magic.
