Pacha NYC to Shut Shop After A Decade

In every era, there are genres which are more popular than others and for every genre, there is a site which is defined as a launchpad for many of the legends produced in that era. Pacha NYC was one such launchpad for EDM artists in the past decade. From Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso, to Skrillex, Erick Morillo, Chris Liebing, Paul Van Dyk, and myriad of other iconic artists, Pacha has served as the grounds for them to make it big. Most artists who dream of making it big, know they have arrived or are on their way when they used to play it at Pacha.

The most earth-shaking decade in the history of dance music took place on the Pacha dance floor. For 10 years, it was the home of the New York-style 24-plus-hour marathon; where EDM tested its chops and earned its stripes; where stars were born and fans were converted. This January, Pacha New York is closing its doors for good.
Join Erick Morillo for one last time on the Pacha NYC dance floor as we celebrate a Decade of Dance and our final Anniversary Party on Saturday, December 12.
