Dutch trance superstar Ferry Corsten has had quite a bunch of releases in 2015, from the impressive Hello World EPs to the revival of his wildly successful Gouryella project (without Tiesto this time).
The Hello World EP series shows a more progressive side of the trance legend , and this is the third and final part of the successful series, all released on Ferry’s imprint Flashover Recordings.
Ferry makes it a point to maintain his trance roots in his productions while experimenting with different sounds. For now, he has uploaded previews of two of the tracks set to be featured on the EP, namely Follow You and Heart’s Beating Faster.
Follow You was first presented to the world on Ferry’s radio show Corsten’s Countdown, and incorporates a very haunting vocal surrounded by huge pads and distorted growls, finally culminating into a massive trance drop that will take you back to the golden years of euro trance.
Featuring vocals from Californian singer Ethan Thompson, Heart’s Beating Faster takes a more progressive route, with its simple but effective 4-to-the-floor beat.
