Kygo Reveals He Is Working On His Debut Album

Having caught everyone’s attention ever since his remix of Ed Sheeran‘s ‘I See Fire‘ went huge, Kygo hasn’t looked back and has gone onto release a number of remixes and original productions.

In a recent meeting with Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway, Kygo was also interviewed by NRK, Norway’s government owned radio and television network, where he talked about working on a new album, and his success.

Talking about his lack of activity of late, he said:

It was very less attention for a period. Everyone wanted to talk to me, and it was a bit much. I took a little break from all that to just focus on the music. I don’t quite know what new dreams I have. But I’m working on an album and can not wait to get it clear. Don’t know when it’ll come, but it will come. 

Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit also revealed they’re big fans of the tropical house star.

We’ve both heard his music and liked it well. We have also heard along with children and they like it too. His music covers a broad spectrum.
