Hidden in one of the largest 5 cities of Russia is a gem unknown to many. Music enthusiasts usually have Tomorrowland, EDC, UMF, and other well known festivals, at the top of their must do list every year. We rarely think about going to any other festival in the fear that it wont come close to being big enough to the major stalwarts we’re used to reading about on the reg. Hopefully Alfa Future Festival challenges to detract this herd mentality we’ve developed for always flocking to “where it’s all at”.
Taken place in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, Alfa Future boasts a production value mammoth enough to give Tomorrowland & EDC‘s Mainstage a run for their money. To add to their magnificent Mainstage they’ve silently curated one of the most delicious lineups of the year and have executed the festival with little to no press at all. The lineup includes everybody’s favourite troll Deadmau5, Aussie duo Knife Party, Welsh maestro Jamie Jones, trance legend Paul van Dyk, Psychedelic behemoths Infected Mushroom just to name a few.
