Where should we start about Eric Prydz? Any superlatives we use for the Super Swede are rendered inadequate by the man who transcends his own excellence with every single production. With a single (Generate) and an EP (Pryda 10 Vol. 1) already under his belt this year, Prydz is in no mood to stop, having already announced the release date for Pryda 10 Vol. II (10th August 2015), the Swede has previewed another one of his gems, a single he premiered at EDC, Las Vegas and closed his set with.
Titled ‘Opus‘, the single brings forward Prydz‘s esoteric production style, with a chord progression building up slowly towards a palette of soaring and uplifting sounds. This is Prydz at his magnificent best, and the single is without a doubt his very own opus.
