Arty is undoubtedly one of the most accomplished trance artists forming a part of the Anjunabeats family. He is back to the record label he originally started off with and gave us beautiful tracks like ‘Around The World’, ‘Kate’ and ‘Rebound’ with Mat Zo. Five years since cult classic ‘Rush’ paved way to his legendary arrival into the scene in style, the 25 year old Russian trance sensation now has remixed Above & Beyond’s classic track ‘Peace Of Mind’ featuring the wonderful vocals of Zoë Johnston from their latest album release ‘We Are All We Need’.
This track indeed shows off the skills Arty has been showcasing to the world, similar to that of his really famous remix of London Grammar’s ‘Hey Now’. His take on Peace Of Mind is full of synth-surges and free-falling piano fills. A refreshing and completely different take as compared to the original. The vocals are placed effortlessly within the beats as the melodic and dramatic drop builds up. The progressive build up in the remix is simply mesmerising. It’s nice to have Arty remix a song for the family he started his journey with. We cannot wait to see what else Arty has to offer to the Anjunabeats family.
