Delhiites were left highly disappointed when they couldn’t see Alt-J live at the Emerge Music and Art Festival, due to bad weather. Heartbreak, right? Trust us. We know. But fret not, because we have some exciting news for you that might make your day.
Word on the street is that Alt-J are coming back to India for a 2 city tour in May, to make up for the Delhi disappointment in March. How do we know this? Going over Alt-J’s tour dates on their Facebook page, the band is touring Australia from May 8 – 15, then making a stop in Singapore and Philippines on the 17th and 19th. Their next gig comes directly on the 29th after the 19th, that too in Spain. A 10 day break. They could definitely pencil in 2 gigs in India during that time, right?
Emerge recently posted an image on their Facebook page, hinting about a ‘BIG ANNOUNCEMENT’ coming up. We wonder what it could be? Stay tuned for more details!
