Ultra Music Festival has always been a testing ground for new tracks for the festival season that kicks off in the summer. Numerous DJs belt out out their new tracks, either under IDs or premiere them at Ultra to check the crowd’s reaction, and Martin Garrix is no exception.
The Dutch DJ and producer will be raring to test out his new tracks during his mainstage set, with his brand new collaborations with Usher and Tiesto most likely to feature during his set, while his upcoming collaboration with Avicii might get featured as well. In an interview with Beatport, he said ‘“I’m very nervous and excited. We’ve been in the studio, [teaching] each other tricks”.
Talking about his Ultra set, he said his set would be “100-percent Martin Garrix material,” 60-percent of which will be brand-new and never before heard until now. Check out the interview below!
