There’s something dramatic about an Airwave production, that remains unmatched and unscathed in this era of repetitive EDM monotony. The Belgium based producer, Laurent Véronnez, has been always known to lend a touch of euphoria and ethereality to his productions, and this time around he doesn’t disappoint with a brand new gem. A follow up to his last year beauty ‘Tigris & Euphrates‘, the Belgian mastermind returns to the ominous JOOF recordings to unveil this sparkling anthem that is ‘Pain is my relief‘.

The track builds with a resounding early 2000 breakbeat drum loop, reminiscent of Depeche Mode or The Wombats sound from ‘Moving to New York‘, but surreal waveforms and emotive strings lift the track in such dramatic fashion, that we’d be frozen in amazement around the break, absolutely enchanted by the music. Immerse yourself in the full-on euphoric trance pads and leads while the pounding progressive beats will send you into space. The pads are angelic – and the guitars appear into a lava of subtlety, for your listening pleasure. Check out the preview below, and mark your calendars for the date of 9th February.
