Ultra Music Festival in Miami is one of the most awaited dance music festivals in the world, boasting of some of the biggest DJs on its lineup year after year. The festival celebrated its 10 years in March earlier this year and is all set to return in March from 27-29 next year. Though there hasn’t been any official intimation of the lineup of the festival so far, flyers of the festival with the Phase 1 lineup have already started making the rounds, with some familiar names, as well as featuring some new names.
While regular names include Armin van Buuren, Avicii (who makes his first headlining appearance since taking some time off due to health concerns), Hardwell, Eric Prydz, Steve Angello, Martin Garrix and Tiesto amongst others, the newcomers feature the likes of Oliver Heldens and Kygo, Trippy Turtle and Gorgon City making their debuts at the festival. While Oliver Heldens and Trippy Turtles will be playing DJ sets, Kygo and Gorgon City will be playing live sets. UMF will also feature live sets from the likes of Porter Robinson, Bassnectar, Krewella, Odesza and Kiesza amongst others.
The stages at the festival will be the usual ones, Carl Cox and Friends, which would see the likes of Adam Beyer, Ida Engberg, Sasha, John Digweed and Hot Since 82, and Armin van Buuren‘s A State of Trance stage.
