Nate Raubenheimer aka Protoculture is back with a bang! The South African DJ and producer has released his first single since ‘Music Is More Than Mathermatics‘, which came out in April. And has the new single been worth the wait? You bet it has.
Titled ‘Everytime You Smile‘, the single the single goes back to Protoculture‘s psy-trance inspirations, while fusing them with subtle progressive house elements. A heavy, dominating bassline, airy synths that build up with the progression and an upbeat, massive chord arrangement, coupled with female vocal samples, make the single worth all the wait since the last 8 months.
Having already been supported by the likes of Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Fehrplay on their radio shows and guest mixes, the single has been released on Armada Captivating, which is dedicated to create the ‘Trance 3.0′ sound. To create a buzz for the single, fans were asked to share their smiles on Armada’s social networks to unlock the single, which got them a huge response everywhere.The single is already out, and you can buy it from Beatport here.
