Being a studio wizard alongwith a champion performer, Ambilkar has quietly yet quickly ascertained his right to be called one of India’s shining bright lights. Through his artist alias Sequ3l, his breakthrough single ‘We Evolve‘ became the first Indian track on Markus Schulz’s Buenos Aires’13 Compilation CD, and was followed by radio airplays and support through the likes of the crème-de-la-crème of the Industry elite such as Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, Gareth Emery, Max Graham, Jaytech, Moguai, Paul Thomas, Jerome Isma-Ae, Grube & Hovsepian, etc. With support continuing for this Pune based producer, the last 12 months have seen an unstoppable rise for this super-talent as his new sound ‘Every Goodbye‘ sees him drop a progressive house monster on Ukranian label, Freegrant Music.
The track opens with a punching basssline and chunky melody curated straight for peak-hour dancefloor domination. An infectious hook follows soon after a sustained build up, which shows Ambilkar‘s strong penchant for building tension-charged environments in his productions. Sometimes dark, sometimes uplifting, the bassline balloons and inflates the groove around the break, elevating the effect of the melodic hook to euphoric levels.
