It’s true! After teasing us with hints, Dillon Francis finally revealed to us that he was in fact working on a Deadmau5 track, and it’s the best we could have ever asked for too. The DJ remixed mau5’ eternal classic ‘Some Chords‘ to give it a complete new outlook that his fans would love.
The class clown of electronic music, Dillon Francis had been updating us with his chilling sessions with Joel Zimmerman via social media, only making us wish that this friendship gave birth to creative musical endeavors and Francis just went ahead to make sure it came true. Laying his hands on “Some Chords”, the man turned it into a dance-floor magnet with electrifying bass drops. Creating a masterwork out of a track that is so close to our hearts, without stripping it off of its original essence is a job only Dillon can do so finely.
