It’s not everyday you come across a track that merges music & cinema. But Skyden & Beaman have done us the courtesy of the same with their emphatic and visionary new bootleg! The duo have taken the ominous task of picking up one of the World’s most respected & prolific musicians, Oscar winner Hans Zimmer‘s productions for his work on the recent blockbuster ‘Man Of Steel‘. The score on the movie received such rave reviews, that the studio went onto release behind the scenes videos of the sound team at work! And now, Skyden collaborates with Beaman on a Festival mix that takes the song to an alternate dimension.

The track ‘Tornado‘ is remixed, keeping the tribal drum loops in the foreground, the two insert their own alluring synth groove on top, while infusing a dirty Festival bassline interspaced! The loud groaning waveforms that have become the custom Hans Zimmer sound nowadays, the dark & sinister violin strings & driving drumloops, are all kept sacrosanct and in sync with the original tempo. But its the drop that administers a charismatic new festival spirit to the ‘Man of Steel’ sound! A climbing synth groove surrounded by drum machines, the drop features the addition of a horn-like element before a nonchalant bass organ lifts the tempo & makes the track one straight for those open fields!
