Oh my deephousefunkstep. As if ZHU‘s Faded wasn’t unique enough already, Big Gigantic had to go ahead and add a zippy, deep house funky twist to it. From the smooth sax to the groovy funk, looks like the resurgence of deep house is on the table with the increasing emphasis on the sub-genre. The basslines on this track give me goosebumps. The more you listen, the more you love this track as a consequence of the many emotions incorporated into the track at once.
By the end of 4:20 of this track oozing with buoyancy, we take our headphones off with altered senses. If the saxophone doesn’t do it for you, we don’t know what will.
