Mixcloud, a free online radio known to be an alternative to Soundcloud, has recently been gaining popularity amongst those in search of good music and those wanting to exhibit their own music.
As soundcloud’s freshly modified copyright infringement policies received a backlash from a wide sect of the music industry and upcoming music artists, many turned to mixcloud in hopes of sharing music with lesser restrictions.
After setting up an office in the US, the English company recently introduced new subscription options for both content uploaders and listeners.
The ‘Pro’ option is available for the content uploaders for 415 per month, which provides them with a sophisticated analytics dashboard and statistical classification of their listeners. While the ‘premium’ option is aimed at the listeners, providing them with an ad-free service at $6.99 per month. Mixcloud might just become the next big music streaming portal soon!
