Super talented British DJ & Producer Matan Zohar better known to one and all through his alias Mat Zo, has just launched his own label titled, not without his usual unusual sense of humor, Mad Zoo! Now the label takes assist from parent label Anjunabeats -Zo’s alma matter for all these years – but with Mat Zo in command, one can be sure that we’ll be flooded with an ocean of seemingly limitless creativity! Zo sent his legions of fans into a tizzy, when the young dynamic producer announced the news via Twitter.

Many people are asking what genre the label is gonna be. Do you not know me at all?!

While Mat revealed that the first release on the new label will be a track featuring Electro breaks, he insisted that the label was systematically going about signing up artists on its label. Interested producers may send him a demo via SoundCloud as the website is still under development.
The first release is funky house and electro breaks

We will be accepting demos for Mad Zoo but not taking on any artists until we find someone good enough
— Jewish Cracker (@Mat_Zo) August 4, 2014
Also Mad Zoo wont be signing artists in the conventional way, ie we dont take a cut of royalties. Instead it will be subscription based

If you want to submit demos for Mad Zoo, in the meanwhile send them to my soundcloud. The Mad Zoo website is still in development
