When New York based dj/producer trio Cash Cash (comprised of JP Makhlouf, Alex Makhlouf and Sam Frisch) tied up with Goo Goo Dolls’ front-man John Rzeznik, their spanking-good production ‘Lightning’ transported massive storm on festival dance floors worldwide. Following the overwhelming response, the original recently got into the hands of industry’s some of the most talented producers for remix work and we’ve to say the results have been standing-apart.
The ‘Lightning Remix’ package has been released on Big Beat Records, and topping the list of remixes is well known trance celebrity Dash Berlin’s transformation who modifies the dance pop trio’s original into much more pleasant-sounding and ominous late night dancefloor slayer.
The second big remix is the dynamic, big room-progressive version by Italian dj/producer EDX who precisely touches the original with his native and exclusive grace. Other additional remixes included in the bundle are by the likes of Sex Panther, Jump Smokers, Roter & Lewis and Audiobot and are no less than the others in terms of quality.
