The Aston Shuffle – Back & Forth (Just A Gent Remix)

Back and Forth by The Aston Shuffle was recently remixed by Just A Gent, who created a love-trap masterpiece. JAG is your average 17-year old except for the part where he happens to be a maestro of sorts in the EDM scene. With some novel and unique tracks, this wunderkind has once again outdone himself with this remix.

Featuring some great percussion and vocals by Elizabeth Maniscalco that flow ceaselessly to create a potpourri of rhythm and melody, the track is an immensely enjoyable one. Maniscalco, who happens to be the younger sister of HookNSling, has a voice that adds to the overall good vibe this track creates. It makes us want to roll down our windows and stick our heads out despite the summer heat.

An effortless song that doesn’t try to highlight its existence as it plays in the background, it constitutes a great drop followed by some head swaying for listeners. Light and fluffy in nature, JAG‘s remix is addictive and the fact that he is a mere 17-year old has us appreciate his talent even more. It’s safe to say that this quirky and distinctive track is only among the first few productions that speak volumes for this talented teen.
