Joel Zimmerman aka Deadmau5 has had quite the experience over the last few days during his Gumball rally rendezvous and has had his fans hooked as he went from racing with 124 other super-cars through eight cities in the US and Europe, to spending over 250k on the charity auction associated with the rally, the money for which interestingly is being donated to several charity foundations including helping underprivileged children around the globe.
Now, further news has emerged that, the superstar producer/DJ has been awarded the ‘Spirit of Gumball’ award which is annually awarded to the team that best embodies the fun and free spirit of the rally. Of course, saying Zimmerman is free-spirited is a bit of an understatement.
Right from the word go, the mau5 was quite pumped about the whole experience and after his experience this year is eagerly looking forward to next year as he has already been guaranteed a slot through the aforementioned auction.
