Zak Waters – chances are that if you’re an avid listener of Dance music, you may have seen this name pop up several times over recent times. To refresh your memory, he has cuts with the likes of Flo Rida, Trey Songz, and Lenno, collaborations with Benny Benassi, Feed Me, and Fred Falke and more has been featured as the prominent vocalist on the official anthem for Life In Color with David Solano & Adventure Club! And now, marking a new stage in his career he’s put out his independent debut release titled ‘Out of my head‘ with Codi Caraco.
The track shoots off with warm vocals and encircling waveforms before a build up lands us to a fantastic indie-electronica breakdown featuring some hard hitting bassline grooves and magical synths. The alluring vocals by Codi Caraco infuses a sense of ethereal as a light guitar string shifts moods before the intense breakdown returns to spark the magic again.
