Spinnin Records have a peculiar, yet sure-fire way of promoting all the artists that have signed on to their label. From breaking unkown artists, to launching additional aliases and strategically releasing IDs, mystery seems to be their newest and most effective USP.
Another producer on their newcomers roster, is french producer Tchami, who’s broken out into the industry with his opinion of what “future house” sounds like. Well, we kind of like his perspective, especially with his latest production, Untrue. The production in itself has really, really deep grunting bassline and atmospheric vocal work and piano progressions. The progression then builds with a vibrant layer of shuffling percussion coupled with a low pitched crystal-synth sample. All in all, this makes for a perfectly groovy and thumping production that would work well to set the vibe almost anywhere, be it a club, or a poolside. Tchami is one artist we all should keep our eyes peeled for.
