Russian crime surely must be at a low right now, else the Ministry of Internal Affairs would definitely not have had the time to create a full-fledged music video cover of Daft Punk‘s smash hit “Get Lucky“. You heard that right; the video features a group of Russian Internal Affairs troops singing the song with a complete chorus section and a few lead vocalists.

This cover comes right off the heels of another Daft Punk cover by Pentatonix about a week ago and the accents of the authorities are apparent, which makes it slightly comical at different intervals, but we assure you the cover is intended seriously and they actually do a pretty good job regardless.

The troop’s have gone all out with not only the vocals, but the video. Whether it’s the noticeable cinematography or the apparent candidness of the troops; a lot went into making the this video.
