Roger Sanchez is breaking some rules. Rules which are redefining the boundaries of deep house music. What may seem to be chaotic at first surmounts and falls into the bandwidth of beautiful house music and My Roots, Roger’s new track is a true test of that.

A visually rich composition makes up the official video which incorporates the best of both Sanchez and Sherif Higazy the director. A ghetto like feeling envelopes the whole video which includes some brilliant graffiti along with tribal overtones, and hints of salsa makes this one perfect for the dance floor. The music drips onto the palette like paint onto a canvas, in this case the visuals are synonymous with that. The video is a single off his album on Stealth Records, which sees the return of Sanchez to his old school ways with a modern twist.
